Operation instructions |
Connection
of plug and socket
1.Observation by naked eye
Level the wide slot of plug and wide reinforcement of socket,
then turn the locking cap clockwise till hearing a sound of
"Ka-ta". And the marking line and steel ball on cap
is in line with the marking point on socket.
2.Without observation by naked
eye
(Except 7／10 core) After plug is inserted into socket in any
direction, lightly turn the locking cap. When the five slots
of plug is aimed at the five reinforcements of socket, plug
is obviously plunged in the socket. Then turn the locking cap
clockwise till hearing a sound of "Ka-ta". |

Separation of plug and socket |

Push
forward with slight force the locking cap and turn it anticlockwise
meanwhile about 120 degrees, then the plug is separated from socket.

Attention |
1.
The cable cover is in left thread, with a M2.5 x 3 conical tightening
screw.
2. The surface of insulation parts can only be cleaned by alcohol.
Other solvent is not allowed.
3. The welding time can not be too long. For 45W brand iron,
5 seconds are suitable.
4. The connection and separation of plug and socket shall not
be carried out slantways.
5. When plug and socket are separated, apply the dustproof cover
immediately.
6. The casing has three colors: military color, bice and red.
Military color will be used if customer has not indicated any
color requirement when ordering.
7. If you find the grease in three diagonal slots is dry or
washed off, a new layer of thin 201 low-temperature grease shall
be applied. |
